COMMERCIAL CONTRACT DISPUTES
At Denbury Legal, we have a wealth of experience in assisting both individuals and companies with their contractual disputes.
A breach of contract is a material non-compliance with the terms of a legally binding contract. It occurs when either one or both parties fail to fulfill their part of a contract.
Breaking, or breaching a contract is a serious action that can be costly both financially and relationally to both parties.
As one might expect there are consequences to such conduct. One of the most common being in the award of monetary damages. However, there are other consequences that should be considered as well when determining next steps and resolving a contract dispute.
Litigation to remediate losses can be costly to both parties. It is essential to know the consequences of breaking a contract before you pursue a lawsuit or consider breaking a contract yourself.
Enforcement of contracts is a necessary part of any legally binding contract: each party expects to obtain the benefit of the deal agreed by the contract.
If a party doesn't receive the benefit of the contract by reason of the other party's breach, the innocent party has a legal right to recover compensation for their loss in damages.
However the breach of contract occurred, including financial disagreements or consumer disputes, our team of expert advisers will assess your individual circumstances and aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
